Leader Management provides full service property management package for all types of complexes, irrespective of size. Our team comprises Caretakers, Gardeners, Technical Personnel, Security, Lawyers, Financial and Insurance Advisors, Administrators and Cleaning staff.

Our full service property management package is comprehensive and include Swimming Pool maintenance, Garden maintenance, Administration (including payment of utility bills and property taxes), Renovation Services, maintenance of all Common Areas (Elevators, Generator, Electrical Systems, Plumbing etc.) and preparation of an annual schedule of expenditure (this will let you see exactly what payments are due and when these are paid on your behalf).

Every year, we will organize the Residents General Meeting, during which the Chairman and Members of the Board will be elected. Together, we will take those important decisions to ensure that the complex is running in accordance with the Residents wishes. In addition, at the conclusion of each meeting, we will provide an annual budgetary forecast and expenditure schedule in respect of annual maintenance of the complex (the elected Chairman will have access to our website, allowing him or her to access this schedule at any time and to ensure that that any expenditure is made in accordance with this schedule).

Payment Of Property Tax

Property tax in Turkey must be paid once a year. We will make this payment on your behalf as and when due – again, receipt of this payment will be forwarded by e-mail.

Online Account With A Password

You will be granted access to our web page, from which you will be able to track the property management schedule (and all tasks completed to date), check account balance (and payments made on your behalf), as well as giving you access to a wide range of additional services. Our online system allows you to see exactly how your property is being managed in your absence.

Insurances

In Turkey, there is an obligation to obtain “DASK” insurance (natural disaster insurance). In cooperation with our partner insurance company, we will arrange this on your behalf – additionally, we can arrange property and health insurances, ensuring you get the best price possible at all times. We will also all annual renewals are paid when due.

Repair Works
